Description
Protecto Sill Pan Flash™ is a cold applied self-adhering membrane composed of a tough cross laminated high density polyethylene surface coated on one side with a layer of our proprietary rubberized asphalt adhesive.
- Proprietary rubberized asphalt adhesive; also available in 100% butyl adhesive
- Custom designed one piece sill flashing tape that conforms to the rough sill to create a continuous sill pan
- Completely seals sill corners to prevent water damage
- Easily conforms to the sill corners to provide a clean 90 degree corner without excessive buildup
- 120 day UV exposure rating
- Fully adhered system
- Seals around properly installed fasteners
- Compatible with and will adhere to most construction surfaces
- Forms a positive air/vapor barrier
